- 1 shot espresso
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons chopped dates
- 1/2 teaspoon cacao (1/4 teaspoon powder)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 11/2 ounces gold rum (Appleton X/V)
- dash cinnamon, optional
Place ingredients in a blender. Give it a whirl until well blended, then serve.
